Return and EXCHANGE Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery or sale date for store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@Maxxology.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once we receive your return or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Shipping instructions will be provided with your return authorization.

Eligible Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance items
   
• Final Sale items
   
• Perishable items
   
• Special-order items
   
• Custom products
   
• Gift cards
   

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion if the item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Condition of Items:
Except for items that were damaged upon purchase, all returns must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging intact and tags attached.
